Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. At the age of 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, following the end of gymnastics. She was awarded her Professional Card only one year later at age 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. After quitting her gymnastics career and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 as a teenager. Within a single year, she earned her pro card at 17 years old. She was one of the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel took a six-year break from her career after she earned her professional card in order to further the education. In 2015 she continued her journey from the previous year's major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued throughout the years following her first show, setting more ambitious expectations for herself each year. At the end 2009 she won the titles of four other fitness contests. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel had a long break after earning her Pro card so that she could earn her college diploma. In October of 2015 she returned with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. In the show, she finished at third. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage a month later, and came home with sixth place for the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel states that she was more proud of her performance. It is no surprise that Ariel did well given that she was competing against the best athletes. Ariel is getting stronger every year. Ariel loves working out the lower part of her back. This is made up of lat pull-downs, bent rows using a single arm on a pull-up machine as well as the seated rows. Warming up is usually done prior to an actual exercise. Ariel is also known for making use of every minute. The supersetting of all exercises back into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is the way she is doing.
